Connemara Whiskey

Peated whiskey remains relatively uncommon in Irish whiskey, which is one reason Connemara has long stood out within the category. Developed at Cooley Distillery, Connemara helped revive a style more commonly associated in modern times with Scotland than with Ireland, drawing inspiration from older traditions of drying malted barley over peat fires.
